Delete authenticator material locally
Delete individual authenticator entries inside the application. To remove all local application data, use the application’s clear-data control if available, the operating system’s storage settings, or uninstall the application. Device backups may contain earlier local data and must be managed through your device or backup provider.
Confirm you have recovery codes or another authentication method first. Node Excellence cannot recreate an external service’s secret after local deletion.
Delete company-held support records
Email [email protected] from the address used in your support exchange. State that you are making a privacy or deletion request and identify the approximate date and subject of the correspondence. Never include an authenticator secret or live verification code.
Manage app-store information
Download, transaction, review, subscription, refund, and store-account records are controlled by the relevant app store. Use its privacy dashboard, purchase history, support, or account-deletion process. We cannot delete records held solely by the store operator.
Manage Google advertising information
If your version displays Google ads, use device privacy settings and Google’s advertising controls to reset or restrict the relevant advertising identifier, change personalization choices, or submit a request directly to Google. Uninstalling the application does not by itself erase information already controlled by Google.
What to include in a request
- Your contact email and the request type.
- The application and device platform involved.
- Enough information to locate the company-held support record.
- The country or region relevant to your request, if needed to identify applicable rights.
Do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
Verification and authorized agents
We may compare your request with information already associated with the support exchange or ask for limited additional evidence. An authorized agent may be required to show authority to act, and we may separately confirm the request with you where law permits.
Timing, exceptions, and backups
We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or another lawful obligation. Data in protected backup rotation may remain inaccessible until overwritten, after which it is deleted under the normal schedule.
Outcome and appeal
We will explain the action taken or, where permitted, why all or part of a request cannot be completed. If applicable law grants an appeal or complaint right, our response will describe the available route. You may also contact the competent privacy authority.
